gantry cranes are mostly used for outdoor processing and material handling, gantry cranes consist of a two legged A-frame support and also come with cantilevers. Cantilevers are a projecting structure, supported at one end and used for carrying a load at the other end or along the length.
There are two types of gantry cranes - single girder and double girder.
