QDY metal crane,of a double-girder adapts single-crab structure,is mainly composed of bridge,crab,connecting traverse,trolley travelling mechanism and electric part. The main hook employs the constant-spacing connecting traverse as the load handling device to hoist steel ladle and the auxiliary hook acts in concert with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag,and other auxiliary hoisting.
QDY double beam foundry crane is mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted. The working class of the machine is A7,and the thermal-protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder. The place where molten nonmetal material and red-hot solid metal is lifted.
